How's your day going?
Most of us struggle with the idea of not having enough time in our day to breathe. You don't need to be in the gym or have access to fancy workout gear. To inquire time for yourself it only takes one thing. A moment to breathe. Find a space inside yourself and then an external space like a park in a calm environment to take in the beauty and nurturing the world want to share with you.
You are the vessel that collects the contentment the universe provides in your support.
Stop.
Walk Slower.
Breathe Deeper
Contain Pleasure
You have permission to be your best self at all times.

How to be your best self?
Identify with how it feels to be that person when you are that person.
(don't label it)
Contain it emotion/feeling and be that for the rest of the day!
